1. The parent or guardian takes full responsibilty of the pictures submitted and must ensure there are no breeches of copyright and all rights to photos used are owned by the parent or guardian
2. Any inappropriate pictures will be deleted. Repeated inappropriate action will result in your account being terminated.
3. The user will have gained permission from the owner of the credit card/debit card for payment purposes.
4. Rules and regulations set by the Department of employment shall be adhered to by the parent or guardian of the child. Modelkidsonline will not be held responsible for any breeches of these regulations.
5. Booking fees shall be negotiated solely between the parent and the client. Modelkidsonline can provide rough guidelines and advice, however Modelkidsonline take no responsibility for providing work or payment of fees.
6. There are no additional fees charged by Modelkidsonline other than the profile page fee paid either 6 or 12 monthly
7. Modelkidsonline take no responsibility for any financial expenditure incurred whilst working with a client. It is recommended that any expense queries are directed to the clients during the negotiating stage.

Privacy Policy

1. No personal details will be shared with a third party of any description.
2. Any interested clients will contact us direct and we will pass this on to you as the user. This is so your contact details are kept private. Of course, after this it is up to you should you wish to open that point of contact with an interested client.
